1. Independent Referral Dispatch Service

Roof Expert USA is an independent referral and dispatch coordination network. We are not a licensed general contractor or roofing contractor in the state of Texas. We do not personally employ the roofing technicians, own physical roofing installation equipment, or perform hands-on roofing labor.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All roofing contractors to whom inquiries are routed operate as completely independent business entities. Each independent contractor maintains their own business licenses, commercial liability insurance, worker's compensation coverage, pricing schedules, warranty terms, and contractual agreements.

3. Consumer Verification Responsibility

Property owners are solely responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance coverage, qualifications, and written estimates of any independent contractor referred through this platform prior to entering into any verbal or written contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

Roof Expert USA assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, work quality, property damage, pricing disputes, or warranties provided by any independent service provider referred to you. All claims or disputes related to roofing labor or materials must be resolved directly with the assigned independent contractor.
